Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities

You may not use Zapinner to:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate the privacy or rights of others.
• Upload or process data you do not have the right to process, or sensitive data in categories your plan does not permit.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service, other tenants, or our infrastructure, including circumventing usage limits or authentication.
• Reverse engineer the service, or resell or redistribute it in a way that competes with Zapinner without authorization.
• Distribute malware, run phishing, or generate spam or abusive automated traffic.

Fair use and rate limits

API access is subject to per-key rate limits and your plan's monthly record allowance. Do not attempt to evade these limits with multiple accounts or keys. If you need higher throughput, contact us about a plan that fits.

Security research

We welcome good-faith security research. If you discover a vulnerability, report it to security@zapinner.com before disclosing it publicly, and do not access or modify data that is not yours. See our Security page.

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that violates this policy, threatens the service, or harms other users. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately for serious or ongoing abuse.
