Terms of Service

The service

Zapinner provides APIs that add ready-made capabilities to your software. We may update, add, or retire endpoints over time. Breaking changes to stable endpoints are versioned under a new path prefix (for example /api/v2) so your existing integration keeps working.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep your keys secret, rotate them if they may be exposed, and revoke keys you no longer use. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Your use of Zapinner must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for violations that threaten the security, integrity, or availability of the service.

Plans, billing, and usage

• Zapinner is billed on records processed. One record processed by any capability draws down your monthly allowance.
• Free accounts include 1,000 records per month. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
• On paid plans you may enable pay-as-you-go to continue past your allowance at the published per-record rate, with an optional monthly spending cap. Otherwise requests over your allowance return HTTP 429.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Referral program

Eligible account holders receive a unique referral link. When someone new signs up through that link and becomes a paying Zapinner subscriber on a qualifying plan, the referrer earns bonus API credits each month for as long as the referred subscription remains active and in good standing.

• Qualifying referrals only. Rewards apply when the referred account is a new customer who reaches an active paid subscription on a qualifying plan. Reaching checkout without a successful, verified subscription does not qualify.
• No self-referrals. You may not refer yourself, and rewards are void for duplicate accounts, referral farming, disposable or abusive email/domain use, or any manipulation of checkout or subscription state.
• Rewards are bonus credits only. Referral credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Rewards stop when qualification ends. Future rewards stop immediately if the referred subscription is cancelled, fails payment, is refunded in a way that invalidates the subscription, or downgrades to a non-qualifying or free plan. If the referred customer changes paid plans, the reward adjusts to the correct amount starting with the next reward cycle.
• We may void abuse. Zapinner may withhold, reverse, or void referral rewards we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.
• The program may change. We may modify or discontinue the referral program, including its reward structure, on a prospective basis. Referral credits already validly earned remain governed by the credit policy applicable when they were awarded.

Your data and ours

You retain ownership of the data you send us. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Warranties and findings

Zapinner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Analytical outputs are evidence-backed heuristics intended to assist your decisions, not guarantees of a specific result. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapinner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, announced. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
